He is also a part time lecturer in  Kisii university teaching foundation French and Business French and a french teacher in Arya Boys Secondary School. He has excellent skills in analytical and editing skills.

Dr.P.Malyadri obtained Doctorate in Commerce in 1991 from Sri Venkateswara University. He got 32 years of experience of Teaching, Research, Administration, Training and consultancy. A prolific writer; Dr. Malyadri has authored 6 Books and 101 Research papers on Banking, Rural and economic development issues in various National and International journals of repute. He has presented several research papers in around 100 National and International seminars and conferences. Dr.Mogute is a holder of Doctor of Philosophy in Sociology (Gender & Development) and a Master of Social Work, (MSW) holder form Nagpur University, India. She has a bachelor degree in Social Work from the same University. She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Relations and a Diploma in Labour Laws & Welfare. Dr.Mogute is currently a senior lecturer at Daystar University, Kenya. She has hold a various positions in the University. Community Development. She has interest in Gender and Development, Adolescents and young adulthoods, Family and Child Development, Social Development and Working with the Disadvantaged and Marginalized Groups. Dr Mougute has published a number of papers in various refereed journals and attended several international Conferences. She has guided a number of post graduate students up graduation.

Dr.S.Srividhyais an associate prof in the Rathinam College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore India. She has more 20 years teaching experience. Dr.Srividhya holds a Ph.D in Commerce from Mother Teresa women’s university, MBA from Tamilnadu Open University, M.phil(CS), M.phil(Com), M.comAlagappa university and B.com from SeethalakshmiAchi college for women, Palathur. She has published a number of papers in refereed journals and attended a number of international Conferences. She is also a member of various editorial boards internationally.
